Gen25 collects, processes and manages personal data of job applicants, employees, former employees and business relations. The kind of data we collect depends on the business relation we have. Below is explained which data we collect, depending on the relationship with Gen25.

We do not process your personal data outside of Europe.
5. How do we protect your personal data?
We treat personal data confidentially and with the greatest possible care. Gen25 secures its systems against loss or against any form of unlawful use or processing. Gen25 uses appropriate technical and organisational measures. Data are adequately secured in accordance with the applicable privacy laws and regulations. Gen25 complies with the worldwide accepted standard for information security ISO 27001:2017.
6. With whom do we share your personal data?
We only share personal data in accordance with the stated purposes. In addition, we may share the personal data with government, law enforcement or regulators if required by these government entities.
7. Binding Corporate Rules
Gen25 does not have binding corporate rules as defined in article 47 of the AVG.
8. How long do we keep your personal data?

9. What rights do you have regarding the processing of your personal data?
It is possible to access, rectify or delete data, as well as to object to the processing and portability of data. It is possible to withdraw consent: requests relating to the rights described above may be addressed to privacy@gen25.com. If it is considered that Gen25 has not complied with the data protection rules, a complaint may be lodged with the authority responsible for personal data.
10. What cookies do we use?
In addition to personal data, Gen25 uses 'cookies'. Cookies are small data files stored by your browser on a computer or mobile device. Such cookies allow a website to ‘recognise’ a user and remember the activities or preferences.
