Next to improving collaboration with our digital solutions, we also create an environment in which 'giving back' is part of our culture and values.
3Ps of sustainability
People
The Rainbow Foundation
Empowering underprivileged children's education in India and Indonesia, the foundation funds various essentials like school fees, uniforms, transportation, and books to create better opportunities.
Leo Primary School and St. Joseph's Hospital
An association that raises funds to buy essential building materials for the construction of classrooms in Kagera, Tanzania, and to purchase medical supplies. The mission is to provide children with an environment in which they can play, learn in order to give them better prospects for the future.
Traineeship (non-)technical graduated students
Gen25's talent development program, launched in 2021 as 'Academy25,' is open for applications from recent graduates in IT. We also recruit career changers through Make IT Work for the digital industry, where Gen25 operates.
Laptops 4 Charity
Gen25 backed two initiatives providing laptops to underprivileged children. Recognizing the transformative power of technology, we gathered laptops from our network and contributed funds to Project Edu PC.
Jeugdfonds Sport & Cultuur and BurgessSports
In 2022, rising inflation hit families hard, especially affecting their spending on energy and food. To support those in need, we donated to Jeugdfonds Sport & Cultuur and Burgess Sports, organizations enabling children to participate in sports and activities despite financial challenges.
Support for Ukraine
Gen25 supported an NGO that had scheduling challenges when they hired a hotel to accommodate Ukrainian refugees. We’ve provided them with the requested booking solution - GoMeddo - and they’ve received the licenses free of charge.

Planet
Low-emission electrified car fleet
Gen25 uses a modern fleet of electrified cars which reduce emissions. New cars which will be added, have to meet the low-emission standards.
Net zero emissions Salesforce operations
Gen25 is a dedicated Salesforce Summit partner. Salesforce has net zero emissions today across the full value chain, they deliver 100% renewable energy for our operations.
Low-emission HQ in Amsterdam
Gen25 is located at the UN studio tower building on the Gustav Mahlerlaan in Amsterdam. Recently refurbishments are focussing on reducing the Co2 emissions by another 40%. The UN studio tower already has a BREEAM sustainability certificate with a ‘very good’ rating.
100% Green energy HQ in Amsterdam
The green electricity is 100% based on Dutch wind energy. In the generation of green electricity, no environmentally harmful fuels are used and hardly any polluting substances are used.
Profit
Volunteer solution free of charge
‘Brandveilig Leven’ (BVL, fire-safe living) is a project within the Netherlands Fire Service aimed at increasing awareness of fire prevention. The organisation needed a solution that allows volunteers to register for different activities in an accessible and structured way. When the Fire Department reached out to us with this assignment we designed and built the portal free of charge.
