As a trusted Salesforce implementation partner, we will share in a breakout session how to close the gap between scattered data and AI-powered automation. Research shows 90% of all companies want a valuable single customer information view, the difficulty is only 32% has such a view in place. With scattered data it’s impossible to deliver a clear, tailored and personalized customer experience, which customers demand. 2 out of 3 customers say they have switched brands due to a poor customer experience.
